Why LCF?
It's the best college for the course I wanted to do. I've had the opportunity to work with students from around LCF and also from other colleges that are part of University of the Arts London which has been a great experience.
Best part of the course?
Everything! I loved the hair and make up lessons. Also a large part of the course was about art and design skills which were fantastic to experience.
Most valuable advice you've been given?
I have always loved fashion and make up and I was in advertising before I did this course. My husband recommended that I do this course and said it would be something I really enjoy and he was right I absolutely love it!
What or who inspires you most?
My styling teacher Linda Perry was very helpful and inspirational. In terms of industry Pat McGrath is very innovative and colorful in her style.
Ultimate ambition?
I would like to work as a freelance make up artist as I really enjoy catwalk and editorial shoots and working as a freelance would allow me to specialise in those two.
What's London life like?
Amazing - I love it! The multicultural aspect of London is great. The markets, the food, and all the different people that I have met whilst on the course.
