Why did you choose LCF and FdA Cordwainers Accessory Design?

I chose the course for its excellent facilities, tutors and reputation.

How much of the course is practical and theoretical?

The majority is practical. It’s an intensive two year degree course.

What’s been the best part of your course so far?

Dave the head technical design tutor who has a vast and in-depth knowledge of the leather industry, the technicians, tutors and the craft itself.

Do you have much contact with industry on your course, either through placements or projects?

Yes we do have contact with the industry although the BA students have more.

How is your LCF experience so far?

It is a very professional environment.

What’s London life like?

I'm from London and have studied Fine Art in Leeds for three years (in 2006). I'm a real London girl! Lot's of opportunities, quintessential, talent, original and fast paced.

What or who inspires you most?

Drive, passion and talent within creative people.

What are you hopes for when you have finished the course?

I would like to set up my own business.
