May graduated from the BA (Hons) Fashion Management course after completing a number of work placements with high profile cosmetic brands including MAC Cosmetics in New York and Bourjois in London. Still only 23 she is now the Executive Brand Director for 'The Core Business' - an innovative consultancy for building beauty brands.

Why did you choose to study at LCF?

The course was right and I got very lucky!

Where was your first student flat?

In Soho.

Did you ever blow your first month's rent on clothes?

Absolutely.

What is your idea of a perfect Saturday?

Coffee early in the morning reading the papers, then strolling around the city taking all the sights and places in.

If you could offer a prospective LCF student one piece of advice, what would it be?

Get as much work at the weekends as possible, with recognisable names which can stand out on your CV.
